How to get a list of all the days an employee took leave
I thought I would post this as a HINT rather than a QUESTION since I seem to have what I required.
An employee is about to shift to 'casual' and I want to pay Holiday Pay as part of their pay in future. So I needed to confirm the amount I need to pay out as Holiday Pay Accrued and Annual Leave Accrued. I don't trust the numbers I am seeing, so I want to pull up a list of all the days the person took Annual Leave.
I selected the Employee Leave Chart
added Filters for Work = Employee Leave, and Category = Annual Leave (and employee name)
added Columns to the Grid for
Category (just to confirm i was getting what I wanted)
