Employee Summary Report

Is it possible to get an employee summary for someone in a report like a history of what they have been paid.

I need a financial year summary report for all employees which shows, Gross, Paye, Student Loan and kiwisaver amounts for the financial year.  My accountant has asked for this and I can't seem to find one that gives me this information???

Employee summary information is available in the Report Centre, under the Tools menu. Once in the Report Centre maximise one of the pods (windows) and in the menu bar click Load, in the Employee Reports folder is a report called Employee Summary, this shows the current balances for all employees. In the Pay Reports folder is a report called Pay History by Employee, this shows the pay totals for all employees.

Once loaded the Pay History by Employee report can be modified to show the earnings and other totals for a given period. Click on the Settings menu option and go to the Date and Time tab, check the Date Range box and select the From Date and To Date for pays you want to include e.g. 1/4/2010 to 31/3/2011. Then click the Refresh button in the menu bar.

If you then close the Settings panel you will have the menu option to export the report out to Excel.
