This is high on our priority list. While we weren't planning on totally removing the leave tab (though that's a good idea) we're going to allow you to specify an employee is a contractor when you create them so that the various settings such as holiday leave rate will be correctly set in the first place. We would need to make that change before we could de-activate that tab.
Leave tab for self employed contractors needs be deactivated.
Please create a link between the self-employed contractor tab and the leave tab in employee records as otherwise the contractors are getting the default leave entitlements that apply to employees only. It's a pain to have to remember to go back and zero all these calculations every time a contractor is created.
