Assign $ values to annual leave entitlements and be able to payslip or report on these.

We have disclosure and reporting requirements that necessitate being able to show on payslips and on weekly reports leave bought forward, accrued, advanced and paid out in both hours/days as well as dollars using historic rates for some and current rates for others. A termination amount using the current or average pay calculations would be useful too. We need to be able to run leaver reports as part of the pay reports for a period as we do weekly accruals/accounts so monthly/period reports aren't the answer.
