Leave Requests are a quick and easy way for you to record employee leave in your FlexiTime account. For variable employees with no fixed work pattern, Leave Requests are able to automatically calculate the days and number of hours an employee is owed using their historical Timesheet when they request leave.
For employees with fixed work patterns, Leave Requests can even predict future leave balances at the time leave is requested.
There are a few things to consider when deciding whether Leave Requests are right for your business and if you would like Leave Requests to manage all leave types or a select few.
