FlexiTime provides some customisable dropdown values for Jobs and Work. You can customise these to suit the nature of your business under Setup > Company Settings > Dropdown Values.

Simply select the dropdown field you wish to edit from the 'Edit Dropdown' list, and add or remove options to suit your needs.
