When should I use the 'Variably' pay frequency?

'Variably' is for when you pay an employee with differing frequency. For example, an employee is paid for Monday and Tuesday on Wednesday, then works Friday and is paid on Friday. It does extra processing, averaging their pay over the last four weeks to determine an appropriate tax rate. If an employee works variable days but is still paid on a regular basis, then choose the appropriate pay frequency.
