Adding Employees

There are lots of ways to get your employees set up and ready to go for their first pay run in FlexiTime.

We recommend watching our Payroll Basics webinar before you dive in, which covers the key things you want to get right when adding your employees to FlexiTime. 

From there, we have the following great tools for getting started:

 

Employee Wizard

Starting a New Employee? Or bringing just a few employees across to FlexiTime from another payroll system? Then the Employee Wizard is the tool for you.

When you first log into FlexiTime you’ll be asked to enter your employees’ details, or you can find the wizard under Setup > Employees > New Employee. It only takes a minute or two for each employee.

 

Importing Employees

You can save time by importing your employee data from your current system in bulk:

 

Employee Conversion Service

If you’d prefer to leave it to an expert you can use our optional Employee Conversion Service and we’ll transfer employee pay data and leave balances from your old system into FlexiTime. Simply provide us with the required information from your current payroll system and we will convert and load it into FlexiTime so you’re ready to go.
