Revoking Timesheet Approvals



If you have approved an employee's time but now need to make a change to the time entry, you need to revoke the approval. If you have paid the employee for this time, you will first need to reverse the pay. 

Select Timesheets > Summary and click Options.  


On the left-hand Options panel, select the employee required from the drop-down Filter Employee list. 


The Revoke button will now be available.
